Core Terms
- Agent
- An AI entity that performs tasks. Can be a PM Agent or Specialist Agent.
- Artifact
- Output produced by a task, such as code files, design mockups, or documentation.
- Backlog Item
- A feature or requirement in the product backlog.
- Branch
- An alternate timeline created from a historical point in the project.
- Capability Set
- A versioned set of tools and permissions assigned to an agent role.
- Crew
- The team of agents assigned to a project, consisting of one PM and multiple specialists.
- Event
- An immutable record of an action that occurred in the system.
- PM Agent
- The Project Manager Agent that orchestrates the project and coordinates specialists.
- RAG
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation - using document search to provide context to AI agents.
- Sprint
- A goal-based iteration, not time-boxed, with selected backlog items to complete.
- Task
- An atomic unit of work assigned to a specialist agent.
- Tool Ring
- A classification level for tools based on risk (Read, Write, Action, External).
