Creating Backlog Items

You can create backlog items manually or use the PM Agent's discovery mode. When you message the PM about a new feature or bug, it will:

Detailed Mode: Ask comprehensive questions about the feature/bug
Skip Discovery: Proceed immediately with available information

PM Discovery Questions

In detailed mode, the PM asks questions about:

Steps to reproduce (for bugs)
Expected vs actual behavior
Affected platforms
User workflows
Edge cases
Integration points
Success metrics

You can skip discovery at any time by clicking "Skip Discovery" or saying "just do it" or "figure it out".

PM Actions

The PM can take structured actions via tags:

[ACTION:CREATE_BACKLOG] - Creates backlog items with title, description, priority
[ACTION:PROPOSE_SPRINT] - Proposes new sprints with goal and items

Prioritizing

Drag and drop items to reorder priority. Higher priority items appear at the top and are more likely to be included in the next sprint.
