Create and manage your AI agent team.

AI Team Proposal

When your team is empty, click "Propose Team with AI" to have the PM Agent analyze your project and suggest a team composition. The AI considers:

  • Project requirements and PRD
  • Architecture documents
  • Sprint goals and backlog items

The PM suggests 3-6 specialists with detailed system prompts tailored to your project context.

Team Execution View

When a sprint is active, an "Execution" section appears in the sidebar. This view shows:

  • Animated Team Graph: Real-time visualization of agent interactions
  • Data Flow: Particle effects showing data flow between PM and specialists
  • PM Console: Chat interface with commands (/pause, /resume, /status, /focus, /skip, /mode)
  • Task List: Sprint task list with progress tracking

Agent Roles

Common specialist roles include Developer, Designer, QA Engineer, Architect, Product Owner, and Scrum Master. Each role has:

  • Custom system prompt
  • Personality traits
  • Capability set (what tools they can access)
  • Expected outputs
